Custom letterboxes can only be picked up from our Brewery location in Edmonton, or our Inglewood location in Calgary and are not available for delivery.

Unfortunately, same day/next day ordering is not available at this time as we require at least one business day to process and prepare for your order. For example, an order for Friday must be placed by 11:59pm on Wednesday, or on Thursday by 11:59pm for Saturday pickup.

Any same day/next day orders will be refunded. Thank you for understanding!
